Dinner Under The Stars

The Rowan Palm Springs has begun offering a weekly “Dinner Under the Stars” dining experience on Wednesday evenings for both hotel guests and locals. Situated at the north end of the seventh story rooftop by High Bar, it offers stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains, downtown and Coachella Valley.

Presented by chef Dan Grunbeck, it includes a delicious three course prix fixe menu that changes each week. For example, on opening night it included a choice of Palisades Free Range Chicken, Vandouvan Encreusted Ahi Tuna, and Cast Seared Beef Strip Loin. There is always a vegetarian option as well.  This is paired with a concise selection of wine, local brews, and masterful cocktails.
