Thirsty for Sake?

The technique behind this beloved drink may surprise you! The full flavor of the Junmai Ginjo is airy and smooth on the palate due to the polishing process which grinds the outside of the grain of rice to reach the desired center. American hot Sake, which most of us are accustomed to, usually has a high level of added distilled alcohol which results in an inferior taste. High quality Sake can be enjoyed with diverse chow! Nigori Sake is sweet and perfect for a poolside mixed drink. Try out their tasting bar, take a bottle home or join others for a Sake and cheese pairing. Or, if Sake still isn’t your thing, opt for a Japanese beer!
